Rediscover who you are
Look beyond roles, titles, expectations and achievements to recognise the person who has always been present.
For thedisconnected achiever™
This is more than a website. It is an immersive journey of reflection, rediscovery and possibility.
A place to begin
This experience was created for moments when outward achievement no longer reflects how you feel within: when you need clarity, reassurance, renewed belief or simply somewhere meaningful to begin.
It is not a website you need to read from beginning to end. Enter through the Journey, use the Belief Compass to explore what you may be experiencing, or search the Library for something to read, listen to or watch. Take only what speaks to you today. Return whenever you are ready for the next step.
Start here
Explore what is calling for attention.
Enter the Journey →Begin with a feeling, question or need.
Use the Belief Compass →Read, listen, watch or explore.
Search the Library →If you would value a personal conversation, you are welcome to contact Bertie or book a time to talk and please, if something here moved you, do share it with someone you believe may be ready to believe again, as well.
What is a Belief Architect?
A Belief Architect works beneath the visible result, helping people recognise the beliefs shaping identity, choices, leadership and possibility. Bertie’s role is not to become the hero of somebody else’s story, but to help them see and trust the architect within themselves.
Look beyond roles, titles, expectations and achievements to recognise the person who has always been present.
Notice the inherited conclusions and inner narratives quietly influencing what you attempt, accept and create.
Bring purpose, imagination and deliberate action together in a life and leadership expression that feels authentically yours.
Two independent ways to begin
The Journey and The Belief Compass are complete, separate routes. Enter either one directly; the wider website will remain available whenever you wish to return.
Cross the threshold, enter the Chamber of Six Doors and experience belief, identity, leadership and possibility.
Enter The Journey → Private guided discoveryAnswer four gentle questions and discover three relevant places in Bertie’s body of work where you might begin.
Use The Belief Compass →Explore the body of work
Years of articles, radio conversations, podcasts, videos, books and reflections are being reorganised around what visitors may need, not merely around when each piece was created.
Belief, identity, leadership, purpose, resilience, possibility and becoming.
ListenSoundCloud, radio interviews and conversations accumulated across years of questioning and discovery.
WatchIdeas presented through video, discussion, speaking and participative experience.
LibraryPublished work, co-authored chapters and manuscripts presently taking shape.
EvidenceA record of people development, leadership, contribution and work across more than five decades.
Guided discoveryLet The Belief Compass select three relevant starting points from the wider body of work.
BelongA future place to reflect, contribute and continue becoming alongside people who understand the journey.
Meet Bertie le Roux
Bertie’s perspective has been shaped across adversity, education, sport, family, entrepreneurship, business leadership, boardrooms, broadcasting, speaking, writing and transformational coaching. At sixteen, a fractured hip carried a prognosis of future physical limitation. At seventy-one, he remains active, creating and still becoming. The deeper journey was from living for approval to recognising: I am Me. I am enough.
Speaking & events
A meaningful speaking experience should not end with applause. It should continue through the questions people ask, the conversations they begin and the possibilities they can no longer ignore.
If something here speaks to you, share it with someone you believe may be ready to believe again as well.
No pressure. A conversation.
Continue exploring, enter one of the experiences or begin a personal conversation. The website should help you recognise what matters before asking anything from you.
